How does it work?
Spend $100 or more on one receipt at a participating restaurant at Alderwood. Upload a photo of the printed receipt here. Once it’s approved, claim your $25 gift card.
Which restaurants take part?
See the participating restaurants list. Receipts from other stores or restaurants aren’t eligible.
Can I combine receipts?
No. Each reward needs one receipt of $100 or more on its own.
How many rewards can I get?
Up to 2, each from a separate receipt and visit.
Can I upload a digital or emailed receipt?
No. Only printed receipts are accepted for this promotion.
Why is my receipt still under review?
We check every receipt carefully. You’ll see the result on your receipts page as soon as it’s ready.
Why wasn’t my receipt approved?
Usually the photo was hard to read, the spend was under the minimum, or the receipt wasn’t from a participating restaurant during the promotion. If you think it qualifies, upload a clearer photo of the whole receipt.
We split the bill. Can we both upload?
Split checks often share one receipt number, so the second upload may not be approved. If that happens, contact us.
How do I get my gift card?
When you claim it, the gift card is emailed to you. Open the email and follow the link to add the card to your phone’s wallet. You can use it from March 1, 2027.

At Alderwood, from March 1, 2027.
